Evangelist Rachelle Yvonne Benson is the First Lady of Total Deliverance Worship Center.  First Lady Benson is a chosen woman of God, who was saved at the tender age of 7 years old. She is an anointed virtuous woman who has dedicated her life to serving God’s people.
A native of San Diego, CA Evangelist Benson is the youngest twin daughter born from the union of the honorable Bishop Joseph R. Hall and First Lady Delores Hall, of the Garden of Prayer Apostolic Church.

Evangelist Rachelle Benson is a mother of two beautiful daughters, Shavonne Marie and Grace Elizabeth. She is a dedicated wife to Pastor William A. Benson.  First Lady Benson compliments and shares her husband’s vision in the ministry of Total Deliverance Worship Center.

Evangelist Benson is an advocate for higher learning. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, minor in Behavioral Science, and her Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.  First Lady Benson is a National Licensed Evangelist with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World .

This virtuous woman has a ministry that stretches forth and touches the lives of all those around her. She is active in teaching, preaching, alter working, baptizing, the women’s ministry, marriage counseling and classes, crisis counseling, grant funded faith-based programs and much more.  First Lady Benson is the Vice President of Total Deliverance’s non-profit company, called Stepping Higher Incorporated. This is a grant funded, faith-based company, that is dedicated to serving and educating the families in the San Diego community. First Lady Benson understands that the church must become affective in touching the whole person: the areas of the soul, heart, body (health), finances (employment), and mind (education).  

First Lady Benson was inspired to develop the dynamic Woman of Valor Woman’s Ministry for Total Deliverance Worship Center in 2004.  She has directed an annual and powerful women’s conference each year where hundreds of women are healed, set free and delivered.
