The King James Version of Proverbs 29:18 reads, "Where there
is no vision, the people perish."
Although the New International
Version is somewhat different, the
impact is equally powerful: "Where
there is no revelation, the people
cast off restraint." Unless God's
people have understanding of where
they are headed, the probability of
a successful journey is severely
limited. Unless you answer His call
upon your life and ministry, you are
likely to experience confusion,
weariness, frustration,
un-fulfillment, and ultimately
despair. Vision ...
Please take a look at the ministries/auxiliaries that are in
operation at TDWC. I ask that you
would pray earnestly about working
while with TDWC. Consider joining at
least one and no more than three of
these ministries / auxiliaries. If
you are already working, praise the
Lord and I thank you for your labor
of love...

Dr.
William A. Benson is the Pastor and Founder
of Total Deliverance Worship Center. Pastor
Benson is also the CEO of Stepping Higher
Inc., a non-profit organization that
supports the community in various ways.
Pastor Benson has been employed with the US
Government for 24 years. He currently is
employed as an equipment manager where he
oversees the multi-million dollar industry
of medical equipment for the U.S Navy.
Pastor Benson was born in Tennessee, raised
in Chicago, IL. Then he relocated to CA.
Pastor Benson currently resides in San Diego
County with his wife, First Lady Rachelle
Benson and their two daughters Shavonne and
Grace. Pastor Benson was anointed to preach
at a young age and accepted his calling to
the ministry in 1997 when he was licensed as
a minister by the Pentecostal Assemblies of
the World. Pastor Benson was later ordained
as an Elder also through the Pentecostal
Assemblies of the World. Pastor Benson began
his career as a Pastor in 2001 and to date;
thousands of souls have been blessed with
his prophetic approach to preaching and
teaching. Pastor Benson has been well
educated and trained under the auspices of
great theologians and teachers. His formal
education includes studies in which he has
obtained a Bachelors of Science in Theology,
a Masters of Divinity, and a Doctorate of
Theology. Pastor Benson teaches and preaches
with authority yet with an approach so that
all can understand and receive the word of
God. Pastor Benson’s vision is that all
people would come and find deliverance
through repentance and baptism in the name
of Jesus. Total Deliverance “Where the
